Rylee Blade, a junior at Corona Santiago High in California, repeated as winner of the Sundown Showdown girls varsity 3-mile race in 16:30.0 at the ASICS Cool Breeze Invitational at the Pomona Fairplex in California. Blade helped the Sharks place second as a team with 101 points. She improved from running 17:13.5 to triumph at last year's event.
